The content, worksheets, sample reports and interactive tools are provided for informational and educational purposes. Estimates and examples depend on assumptions and inputs and should not be treated as audited business data, individualized legal, tax or financial advice, or a promise of earnings.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, submit misleading or harmful information, scrape restricted information or infringe intellectual property rights.

3. Consultations and services

Submitting an application requests a review and possible callback. It does not book or guarantee a meeting, acceptance as a client, availability or a specific result. Paid consulting, implementations, confidentiality, deliverables, project fees, timelines, warranties and remedies will be set out in a separate signed service agreement.

4. Performance guarantees

No particular sales, advertising, conversion or profitability result is guaranteed by browsing this site or requesting consultation. Any performance commitment will apply only if specifically described in a signed client agreement, including baseline, success metric, measurement methodology, client dependencies, time frame, exclusions and remedy.

5. Digital downloads and products

Free materials may be used internally for your own business. Resale, republishing or distributing templates as your own is prohibited without written permission. Paid products are not offered for immediate purchase unless a functional checkout, product description, price, delivery process, refund policy and required disclosures are displayed at the point of sale.

6. Intellectual property

Website copy, design, proprietary frameworks, visuals and downloadable resources are owned by Maverick Inc. or their respective rights holders, except where otherwise stated. Mention of third-party brands does not imply endorsement.

7. Third-party services

External sites and products operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Maverick Inc. is not responsible for third-party service availability or content.

8. Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an as-available basis, without warranties about uninterrupted operation or commercial outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
